Cancellation Policy
If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policies will apply:
One Day Atlantic City, Seneca, Wheeling, Charles Town, & Mountaineer Park:
- 10 days or more prior to departure – Full Refund
- 9-4 days or less prior to departure -- $10 Service Charge
- 3 days or less prior to departure – No Refund
All Tours:
- 30 days or more prior to departure—Full Refund less any non refundable items
- 29-10 days prior to departure
- One Day Tours -- $25 Service Charge less any nonrefundable items
- Multi Day Tours -- $50 Service Charge less any nonrefundable items
- 9 days or less prior to departure -- No Refund
Non refundable items are defined as pre-purchased tickets, meals, admissions, rooms, commissions paid to travel agent, etc.
