Tour Checklist

All passengers 16 years-of-age and over must have valid photo identification to board all Edenfield Stages tours. Approved forms of photo identification include one of the following: a valid driver's license, a valid state identification card, or a valid passport. Please have identification ready to show driver before boarding.
All passengers 15 years-of-age and under must have their original birth certificate or a certified copy of their birth certificate with a raised state seal obtained from the Bureau of Vital Statistics. Please have identification ready to show driver before boarding.

For all tours entering Canada you must have either an original or certified copy of your birth certificate with a raised state seal obtained from the Bureau of Vital Statistics and a photo 10 as stated above, or a valid passport.

Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time at your designated departure point. Every attempt will be made to depart at the designated time.

Itineraries are carefully planned and are on a strict timetable; it is suggested to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to scheduled events. Be sure to carry with you, at all times, a copy of your most recent itinerary.

If utilizing a designated parking area for your vehicle be sure that your vehicle is parked in the assigned area. Failure to comply may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense. Any Questions should be addressed with the reservationist at the time of booking or with the driver before departing on the tour.

Edenfield Stages reserves the right to update information, change times, or itineraries as deemed necessary -Be sure to listen to your driver for any changes.

Carry-ons must be small and lightweight and are your responsibility for the entire tour. On overnight tours you are permitted to take one piece of luggage per passenger. Please be sure to have your Edenfield Stages luggage tag clearly marked with your name & address and affixed to your suitcase prior to leaving your residence. Edenfield Stages is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items and luggage.

On all Edenfield Stages tours smoking, alcohol, controlled substances, profanity and vulgar behavior are prohibited.
