Payment Policy

One Day Tours: (Including Atlantic City)
Within 7 days of booking - Paid in Full

Multi-Day Atlantic City Tours:
Within 7 days of booking - $50.00 per person deposit
30 days prior to departure - Balance Paid in Full

All Other Multi-Day Tours:
(Excluding Cruise & Air Tours)
Within 7 days of booking - Required deposit as specified in the tour description
30 days prior to departure - Balance Paid in Full

Cruise & Air Tours:
Varies by package. Please call the office for specific details.

Any reservation not deposited or paid, as stated above, will automatically be placed on the waiting list and the seats will be available for re-sale, WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.

Any Multi-Day or One Day package tour reservation made less than 14 days prior to a trip’s departure must be paid in full at time of booking with either a MasterCard, Visa, Discover or money order.

For any tour cancelled by Edenfield Stages, your refund will be mailed within two weeks, made payable: to the customer's name under which the reservation was made in the form it was originally paid.  For all other cancellations, refunds will be mailed within 30 days, made payable: to the customer's name under which the reservation was made in the form it was originally paid.
