Quality Hotels
We select quality hotels and motels. When available, our hotels have a three-diamond rating or better. Every effort is made to secure non- smoking rooms with two beds. Occasionally, some rooms are only equipped with one double, queen, or king sized bed for two people. If you have any special room requests, please state them at the time of booking.
Special Request
Special requests, such as: smoking; other sleeping arrangements/ handicapped accessible rooms, should be made at the time of booking. All "special requests" are forwarded to our suppliers. While we do our best to ensure that requests are honored, we cannot guarantee these requests.
Luggage
Carry-ons must be small and lightweight and are your responsibility for the entire tour. Luggage handling for one piece of luggage per person is included in the price of each multi-day tour. Additional pieces of luggage are allowed at the rate of $5.00 extra per suitcase, per day. All luggage must be clearly marked with the passenger's name and address. Luggage tags are provided for you upon receipt of full payment and will be mailed to the attention of the customer's name under which the reservation is made. Please attach luggage tag to your suitcase prior to leaving your residence. Edenfield Stages is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items and luggage.

Upon receiving full payment, a confirmation will be mailed to the attention of the customer's name and address under which the reservation is made.
Itineraries
Information detailing tour specifics on multi- day tours (other than Atlantic City and other gaming destinations) will be mailed, including luggage tags, to the attention of the customer's name under which the reservation is made. Itineraries will be mailed two weeks prior to the tour's departure. Itineraries will only be mailed after full payment has been received.

Departure Times
Departure times may be changed on any tour due to consolidation of departure points. Always read your most recent mailing from our office and keep it in your possession throughout the tour.
Theatre Tickets
On all tours that include tickets for concerts, theatre productions, etc., Edenfield Stages makes every effort to seat passengers traveling together with adjoining seats at the ticketed event. Occasionally, the supplier/ticket broker provides us with tickets numbered in such a way that it is impossible to accommodate each guest an adjoining seat to his/her traveling companion{s). In this case, seats are usually in front, and behind one another.
Canadian Tour Identification
For all tours entering Canada, proper identification is required. US citizens are required to have either an original or certified copy of their birth certificate and a photo ID, or a valid passport. A certified copy of your birth certificate with a raised seal may be obtained by phoning the Bureau of Vital Statistics in the state you were born, or by logging on to www.vitalchek.com.
Gratuities
